i. The Senior Executive Course (SEC)
The National Institute is well grounded in the Senior Executive Course (SEC). it is a 10 months programme run from February to November every year. Over 1,800 Senior Government and private, military and paramilitary executives have graduated and have been awarded the prestigious mni in the last 35 years. The Studies Department anchors the SEC.
ii. The Policy, Strategy and Leadership Courses(PSLC)
The Consultancy Department runs a condensed version of the prestigious Senior Executive Course (SEC). It is a three-week intensive programme designed to a deepen the conceptual horizon and sharpen the analytical skills of middle-to-top level public and private sector executives. This courses which commended in March 2008 tagged Policy Strategy and leadership Course (PSLC) runs quarterly at the Institute, located in a beautiful environment by a lake at Kuru, near Jos the Plateau State capital. We have successfully run 15 editions of this course quarterly as at September 2014.
